Memorable Moments

We got a private owned 2 br, 2 ba condo that was AWESOME. The grounds were impeccably clean and our unit was ocean front, what a view! Our unit had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Centrally located to everything, yet private. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back!

We just stayed for a week at Kauai Beach Villas, and loved it. The location was very central, close to the airport, and perfect for exploring the WHOLE island. It was just right in the middle, easy to go West, North and South!

The pools were nice, and the beach was right outside our window. You could hear the chickens yelping every AM (just a part of being on Kauai, I guess :) )

It was perfect home, away from home for the week. So happy we went with Kauai Beach Villas

My wife and I are from Oahu and visited Kauai over Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed at the Kauai Beach Villas for four nights and had a great time. The units have kitchens and laundry units so it is very easy to live your life and not spend more than you need to for food. The location is convenient; it is right in between Waimea and Hanalei. So you can spend separate days in each direction. The town of Kapaa is great and just 5 miles away. There are lots of restaurants in the area. You do need to realize that the east side of the island is the wettest and morning hours are best. The front desk is very helpful in providing information about things to do; they can offer several activity discounts. There is a shed with beach items that can be borrowed and returned. The property is nice; the pool is so-so. You can pay an additional $20 for access to the adjoining resort's pools (four of them), but it would be better to visit the beaches since that is why you are in Hawaii! The interior of the units is showing its age but kept in decent shape. There is (noisy, window-style) A/C in the bedrooms.

We were in unit G20 at the Kauai Beach Villas. The views were something to die for. The location is excellent and the overall property is very well maintained. For $20 a day, a family of 4 can use the KBR facilities for a whole day. The beach which is a few steps away is so quiet and beautiful.

Perfect in every way. Awesome views, easy location to travel both north and south on the Island. Amazing beach to walk on, great little beach bar next door.
